GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

§ 1 Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Customers are always subject to the version that was current at the time the sales contract was concluded.

§ 2 Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

The offers in our online shop are non-binding. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email after you submit your order. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.

§ 3 Delivery conditions

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, the shipping costs listed under "Delivery and Shipping Costs" apply. Delivery depends on the product and usually takes place within the days specified in the order (under "Estimated Delivery Date"). The product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. If the ordered product, or part of an order, is not available from stock, the customer will be contacted by Cariba Swim . The shipping partner will be determined based on the warehouse location.

§ 4 Right of withdrawal

If the delivered goods are defective or if there is a delivery delay of more than two weeks without prior notification to the customer, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. The goods must be returned to Cariba Swim , and the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

§ 5 Liability

All products distributed by Cariba Swim are subject to strict quality controls, which are carried out by Cariba Swim itself. As the owner of the designs and responsible supplier for the products, Cariba Swim guarantees the quality and compliance with high standards for all products available in our online shop. The products are manufactured by a trusted manufacturer in Portugal, who produces according to our high standards and specifications. Should defects nevertheless occur, we are of course responsible for a prompt and satisfactory solution. For international orders, Swiss law applies.

§ 6 Offer and prices

All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and without guarantee. International customers may be subject to additional customs duties. Errors and changes to goods and prices remain reserved.

§ 7 Payment

We generally offer the payment methods credit card (Mastercard or VISA) , Apple Pay and Samsung Pay .

§ 8 Repayments

We will process any refunds to the account you specified for the refund. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the associated credit card account.

§ 9 Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Cariba Swim until full payment is received. Items are only sold in commercially available quantities.

§ 10 External Links

Cariba Swim has no influence on the information and design of linked websites. Cariba Swim assumes no liability for incorrect information or illegal activities.

§ 11 Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cariba Swim in Aadorf, Switzerland .
