Returns and exchanges

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 2 weeks of receiving it.

Important information regarding returns:

  • Deadline: The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Condition of the goods: The goods must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition. The hygiene label must not have been removed and the goods must be intact.
  • Packaging: Please return the goods in the original packaging or other secure packaging to avoid damage during transport.

  • Free return shipping if...
    • ...you exchange the product. We'll cover the return shipping and the shipping of the new product (one-time).
    • ...you order multiple items and keep at least one set (top and bottom).
  • Return shipping costs will not be covered if...
    • ...you return your order in full.
    • ...you want to return a product that has already been exchanged.
    • ...you live outside of Switzerland.

  • Refund: After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.

And here's how it works - step by step:

1. Register return
Please register your return or desired exchange using our contact form and include your order number.

2. Testing and label creation
We will review your request and create a return label for you.

3. Receive label by email
If everything is in order, we will send you the return label by email.

4. Print label
Print out the return label you received.

5. Pack the product
Place your bikini back in the resealable bag (if available) or use other secure packaging.

6. Attach the label and ship your return
Place the return label clearly visible on the bag or package and drop it off at any post office.
If postage is required, please have your parcel franked – non-prepaid labels are marked with "return shipping at customer’s expense."

7. Inspection and refund
Cariba Swim will inspect the returned item. If everything is in good condition, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, or the exchange item will be shipped to you by post.
