We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 2 weeks of receiving the goods.

Important information about returns:

• Deadline: The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• Condition of the goods: The goods must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition. The hygiene label must not have been removed and the goods must be intact .
• Packaging: Please return the goods in the original packaging or in other safe packaging to avoid damage during transport.
• Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we will include a return label in the package that you can use for the return. Please note that you will have to bear the return shipping costs.
• Refund: After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.
